Why haven’t I heard of you before?
You may not have heard of us, but we could guarantee you'll have heard of our clients or the music they make.

But I’ve not seen any adverts?
Mainly because we don’t believe in advertising, it cost’s so much money that it would raise the prices we can offer to you. Many larger retailers get the manufacturers to pay for their advertising in return for favouring their products, we believe this would compromise our integrity, so we don’t do it.

Why are you different from my usual supplier?
That’s easy, we care about what we do, we want you to go away happy, we want you to become a success and then hopefully you’ll come back. We’re more interested in a long-term relationship than some furtive 'one order stand'. Here’s the hard part to understand, we like to get to know our customers and if we think you’re making a mistake we’ll tell you, we’ll even refuse to sell it to you. If your ego won’t take it, sorry, you’re speaking to the wrong people. By the same measure, if we think there’s a piece of gear you should be looking at we may call you up and tell you and we hope you will appreciate what we’re trying to do. Like we said, it’s about a long-term relationship.

So do you specialize in certain areas?
Yes, if it involves making a noise we're interested!

Do you have a shop?
No, we believe that costs too much money and promotes impulse purchases. We’re in an office based environment with a demo facility. If you’d like to come and see us that’s fine, just give us a call and arrange a mutually convenient time so we can give you our full attention.

So why do you sell from your web-site?
It’s the fastest way of telling you what we’ve got available. A lot of products we keep in stock are secondhand or are things that we are selling for our existing clients who’ve upgraded. Try doing a search under pre-owned or licensed sales in the search box to the right. This list is updated regularly and is a great way to find a bargain. Like wise look in the Aladdin’s cave section for all our current favorite deals.

So you only deal with professionals?
No, absolutely not, all we want to know is that you are as serious about your music as we are.

But you must cost more, right?
Good service needn’t cost more, but if you’re hell bent on saving a few quid you probably could, but we hope that you’ll appreciate what we’re trying to offer. Having said that, you're welcome to give us a call for a good-natured haggle.

So what makes you think you know it all?
We don’t pretend to, but we’re in a privileged position. We’re all working musicians and producers ourselves and we get to see, hear and play with all this gear on our own productions. We also regularly talk with our professional clients who use it day in and day out and they tell us what they think.
