Chandler TG1 Stereo Compressor / Limiter

The TG1 is a reproduction of the rare and classic limiter/compressor featured on custom EMI/Abbey Road recording and mastering consoles used on late Beatle recordings and Pink Floyd albums including Abbey Road and Dark Side of the Moon. The designers had seen only about ten of these original units in existence-two of which were used to recreate this version. This limiter/compressor features an all class a discrete circuit with transformer balanced in and out. The sound, often compared to the fairchild 670 set to destruction, is very audible and "squishy" sounding while maintaining its clarity and high frequency response.
